Hy-Grade Metal Products has been providing metal spun parts since 1918. Our experience and knowledge of the spinning process, combined with the use of CNC equipment, make us a leader in the industry.

ASME nozzles are used to measure air flow through blower systems. Hy-Grade has made several sizes and typically stock some for quick lead times. Each of these items is made from at least .065” aluminum sheet. These parts are circled , sheared, spun and machined to tolerances of +/-.015”.

Some nozzle sizes that we have tooling for range from ½” to 10” diameter on the open end. These are typically made to ASME standards, but could be changed to meet your companies requirements. Some special requirements may include having a larger mounting flange or a hole pattern. Parts are visually and dimensionally inspected during the process to insure a consistent finish and the rings are to spec. We will typically provide anywhere from 1 piece to 50 pieces of these items per run. Lead times are within 4 weeks if not in stock and within a week if in stock.

Hy-Grade also makes caps for several of the stocked sizes of Air Flow Nozzle. These caps are made from the same .065” aluminum material and fit specifically to each nozzle.

Custom sizes can be made if a stocked size will not meet your company’s needs.
