This offset ring is used in the locomotive and light rail industry. Using 6061 aluminum, these parts were sheared, circled, spun and machined to tolerances of +/- .010″. After fabrication, parts are anodized to AAM32 C21-A31.
These offset rings have outside diameter of 10.000″, an inside diameter of 5.520″ and an overall height of 1.250″. Two sets of bolt circles are machined into the offset ring after forming. Parts are visually and dimensionally inspected during the process to insure a consistent finish and the rings are to spec. We will typically provide 25-30 of these items per month with an overall run of 250 pcs. Lead times are within 4 weeks.
